Digital products are an integral part of our day-to-day lives. We are increasingly aware about our experiences with these products - whether they delight us, make us happy or drive us insane. Stephanie has over 17 years of experience in the industry. She started out as a usability specialist at Ford Motor Company, moved on to lead user research and design and now as a director, drives experience strategy and focuses on making it a part of how an organisation works.
